However, due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic and body care products, all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order is placed.
Order Modifications:
  • Cancellations & Adjustments: Changes or cancellations can only be made if requested before your order has shipped.
  • Address Updates: If you need to update an incorrect shipping or email address, please contact us immediately before fulfillment so we can make those corrections.
Once an order has shipped, no further modifications can be made.
