1. General Conditions & Agreement
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any lawful reason.
2. Cosmetic & Medical Disclaimer
All products, ingredient descriptions, and content on Nu by Janaye are formulated and intended strictly for cosmetic and personal care purposes only.
  • Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or skin disease (including severe clinical eczema).
  • Statements regarding our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
  • We strongly advise reviewing all ingredient lists for personal allergens and conducting a patch test prior to full use. Consult a healthcare professional if you have persistent skin concerns.
3. Products, Pricing & Accuracy
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices, update product formulations, limit purchase quantities, or discontinue items at any time without prior notice.
  • We make every effort to display the packaging, colors, textures, and finishes of our products (including shimmers and micas) as accurately as possible; however, actual colors may vary slightly depending on monitor displays and natural, small-batch variations.
  • In the event of a pricing or descriptive typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that item.
4. Handmade Production & Shipping Acknowledgement
Every product is handcrafted in small batches.
  • Orders generally require up to one week for processing prior to shipment.
  • For back-orders or pre-orders, estimated timelines will be communicated via email.
  • Nu by Janaye is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages due to incorrect customer-provided addresses, or customs holds on international packages once the shipment has been transferred to the carrier.
5. Final Sale & Return Policy
Due to strict health and safety hygiene standards for personal care products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order is placed.
  • Changes or cancellations may only be requested prior to shipment.
  • Damaged, defective, or missing item claims must be submitted to nubyjanaye@gmail.com with photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, product names, logos, branding, descriptions, formulas, images, and visual materials appearing on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of Nu by Janaye and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
